Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

-Mary Oliver

Individuals, teams, and networks each have a unique opportunity to live ‘this one wild and precious life’ informed by meaning and purpose.  My passion lies in facilitating the change and transformation needed for each individual or group to live their precious life fully.  As a psychologist with over twenty-five years experience, I bring to consulting, professional speaking, and psychotherapy an integrative approach with extensive training in applied neuroscience, mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga.   Whether working with an individual seeking greater well-being, a professional building additional skill, or an organization ready for a new level of functioning, I apply individualized whole-person and whole-organization tools.  Through leveraging these tools, I empower clients to define, take steps towards, and reach their goals guiding them to realize their purpose.

What Are People Saying About Debra?

Amy Weintraub
Author and Founder of Life Force Yoga

"In addition to her excellent work as a psychologist, Debra has been a student of yoga and mindfulness for much of her life. She uses the principles of Western psychology and yoga philosophy and practice in her healing work. She is a well-informed, deep thinker as well as a compassionate teacher and human being. I highly recommend her work."
